LIFE UPDATE #2 || 2018 RESOLUTIONS: Be Mindful, Be Healthy, Be Happy

Hello babes. I hope life is treating you well. 
After a rough 2017, I promised myself that 2018 would be my year. Why? Because I would make it my best year. With that came returning to blogger, after a massive hiatus. 

I am not going to lie. I am struggling a bit with making my blog relevant again but I am not giving up. I have done it once, so why can't I do it twice? Anyways, at the beginning of the year, I promised myself that I would change for the better. I want to pick up healthy habits, be more mindful and ultimately, be happier. I also wrote my goals for this year (short-term/long-term, but that's a secret since it's quite personal).

To do so, I will:
  1. Wake up early
  2. Stretch every morning and before bedtime
  3. Meditate every morning 
  4. Workout for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week
  5. Think positive no matter what 
  6. Read a book every month
  7. Live in the moment
